Kanji Book 1.37

I developed the Kanji Book with the goal of enhancing my own understanding of kanji. My intention was to create a resource that would enable me to learn the 2136 jōyō kanji at my own pace. Drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese journals, renowned for their vibrant use of highlighters and stickers to enliven otherwise mundane content, Kanji Book offers a unique learning experience. With this tool, you will be able to construct your personal workbook, visually tracking your progress.

One of the appealing features of Kanji Book is its flexibility in allowing you to learn as many kanji as you desire each day. Personally, I find that studying 2 or 3 per day provides an effective rhythm. I usually allocate time for learning 3 or 4 times throughout the day, typically during brief intervals that offer a spare 5 minutes. My aim is to utilize my phone as a valuable learning tool rather than a source of distraction. During your practice sessions with Kanji Book, the language used within the workbook adapts dynamically to reflect your level of knowledge. This comprehensive learning resource covers all aspects of kanji, including readings, drawing, recall, definitions, and recollection. You have the option to utilize your Kanji Book as simple flashcards or test yourself using 25 randomly generated questions. Once you have acquired sufficient kanji to form compound vocabulary words, each session concludes with a grid of kanji that can be employed to construct vocabulary words.
